Most programs end with a certificate and a "good luck". Ours ends with a roster. Creative Chaos is a tailored 10 week program that works to the strengths of the neurodivergent community, and it will give every graduate actual paid work on our market stalls at award wages. That is the design, not the hope.
One learning day a week: skills and capacity building, built for neurodivergent minds

Employment Pathway Program
10 weeks. Then you are on the roster.
This is not your normal employment program. It is a tailored program working to the strengths of the neurodivergent community, delivered through a real business: product design and creation, packaging and labelling, customer service and retail, cash handling and EFTPOS, stock management, social media, ecommerce, market stall set-up and working as part of a team.
One learning day and one doing day every week: 50 hours of tailored skill and capacity building plus 50 hours of practical work experience
Transferable skills assessment so you work to your strengths, not around your challenges
Paid work at the end. Every graduate is offered paid market stall shifts at award wages, and ongoing casual employment as we grow. No maybes.
Mentoring, post-placement support, graduation event, pathway planning and real work references for your resume
$364.10 per participant per week · $3,641 per 10 week program
NDIS participants may be billed through relevant Core, Capacity Building or Employment Support line items, weekly across the program. We also welcome self-funded participants (payment plans, ZipPay, Afterpay and EFT), external referrals from organisations, schools and providers (purchase orders accepted), and sponsored placements funded through our partners.
Who it is for: people who identify as neurodivergent or experience neurodiversity-related barriers, have faced challenges with traditional employment, education or workplaces, are motivated to learn in a practical hands-on environment, hold a current Police Clearance and Working With Children Check, can travel independently to the North or South hub, and can commit to the full 10 weeks.
For people who identify as neurodivergent or experience neurodiversity-related barriers, want to learn by doing, and can commit to 10 weeks at our North (Elizabeth) or South (Christies Beach) hub. Parents, carers, support coordinators, schools and providers can register on someone's behalf.
